這首歌出自於一隻德國重金屬樂團Helloween，等等 看到重金屬先別急著轉台

因為這首歌一點都不金屬，這首歌可以算是我聽過最難過的歌之一。

Forever and One 這首歌旋律深沉，主唱把歌詞詮釋的相當悲痛，光是聽旋律就值得有所波動

歌詞在描寫的卻是比較譁眾取寵的愛情方面，不像一個重金屬樂團的作風。
